Frequently Asked Questions

How do I safely hang my pieces?

It’s best to hang your piece from a nail on the top of your window sill.

***AVOID WINDOW SUCTION CUPS!!***

Do you create customs?

Yes! I’m happy to collaborate to create a custom and/or I’m happy if given a vision to run with it in the wind :)

Who photographs your pieces?

If you’re a local to Boise, you know her as the evoking drum journey guide that loves having her hair in braids and frolicking through wild flowers: Jayde Silbernagel

Are all of your creations your designs/originals?

Yes! All created by me in my sketch book.

Do your pieces contain lead?

Yes. A lead based solder is used to join the pieces together. Minimal contact with skin to piece is preferred and wash hands after handling.

I use a protective wax to keep the lead shiny - if at any point the piece becomes less shiny or the lead dulls, use a microfiber towel and glass cleaner then polish/buff with a caranuba wax (car wax). If you’re local to Boise, ID, I’d be happy to re-polish for you!

What’s your return policy?

Email me a picture of the cracked piece and I’ll email you a return label so I can get it back to either repair or replace it.

I don’t accept returns - so when you order a piece, make sure you love it.

Glass is a non-perfect medium. I do my best to handle my pieces with care but sometimes it can get scratched in the process of shipping or unboxing. That’s the nature of the medium.
